RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Whiskers and Wags. Due to the nature of our business model and international shipping, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at our contact page on our website with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)
  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Return Shipping

If a return is approved for a defective or damaged item, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that due to international shipping from our suppliers, return shipping costs may be prohibitive. In cases where return shipping exceeds the item's value, we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable) or approve your claim. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

International Customers (European Economic Area)

Customers located in the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
